User Conduct and Responsibilities
If you create an account on the Site or use any of the Site services in any way you agree to (a) your profile names or group names may not include any sort of advertising, hateful, obscene, sexually-oriented, threatening, vulgar or otherwise inappropriate or violative of any laws; (b) not to post any sort of pornographic, racist or otherwise inappropriate material in any form on the Site; (c) not to use the Site for any illegal means, such as trading copyrighted material, for example music, videos, and movies. We furthermore do not accept links to sites with material of the same nature. Any sort of violation will most definitely and immediately resolve in your exclusion from the Site. (d) Any attempt to circumvent forced profile limitations due to violation of the Site rules by creating multiple profiles will result in an IP-ban. (e) You understand that the Site and Services provided by Ensidia are available for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You agree and warrant that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted or shared by you on or through the Site will infringe or violate the rights of any third party, this includes copyright, marking, privacy, publicity, trade and personal or proprietary rights, and; or contain defamatory , libelous, or otherwise unlawful material. (f) to not collect any information about the users or members of the Site or use such information for the purpose of transmitting directly or indirectly unsolicited bulk communications. You further agree that you will not knowingly solicit or collect personal information (such as but not limited to name, address, phone number) from a minor or anyone under the age of 18. (g) You may under no circumstances post any sort of personal information without the strict prior consent of the owners. Any violation will result in the immediate removal of your account and any groups’ involved, this also includes future Services.


User Content
You understand that you are solely responsible for your profile, standing in the community, the content you submit; this includes but is not limited to text, pictures, video, information and any other material you submit. By submitting public content, for example blogs, comments, forum posts and gallery pictures, you grant Ensidia the right to use any such content at any time to promote the website.


Proprietary Rights in Site Content; Copyright
All content on the Site and available through our Services including but not limited to applications, designs, graphics, music, pictures, software, sound and other files , and their selection and arrangement ("Site Content") are the proprietary property of Ensidia, its users, its licensors or otherwise owners with all rights reserved. No Site Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission by Ensidia, the foregoing does however not apply to your own submitted User Content (as stated above) that you legally post on the Site.

You agree that the Site and Services provided by Ensidia are available for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You agree and warrant that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, shared, transmitted or communicated in any way by you on the Site or other Ensidia services will violate or infringe the rights of any third party, this includes but is not limited to copyright, trademarking, privacy, publicity and other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material

Limitation of Liability
You fully agree and understand that Ensidia and its affiliates shall not be liable of for any sort of loss associated with your use of the Site or Services; you accept that (a) the Site is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis; (b) while we strive to keep the Site properly functioning, and virus free at all times We cannot warrant that the Site will be error and bug free, uninterrupted, virus free, secure or any other sort of defect

Ensidia does not exclude liability for death or personal injury; by accepting these Terms of Use you understand, agree and accept that Ensidia cannot be liable to you for any damage or loss you suffer as a result of visiting the Site or making use of any information available on the Site.
